How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor its progress in real time.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.
How do I know if my order was successful?
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Do you ship outside of South Africa?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We're focused on providing fast, reliable delivery to our local customers.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We're happy to help! Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
